We are looking for vendors to make this event even more fun!
Cost to rent a booth space will only be $11.00 and one of your booth items worth at least $10 or more to be used in the Silent Auction. This price includes a temporary event Sales License from Brigham City Corporation. We are working with the City to make this process as easy as possible to sign up here online. You will also be issued a Sales Tax form to collect taxes on your sales. We hope to have all documents and permit applications available as soon as we can and will be emailed to you.

FEES: $16 for vendor without a Brigham City business license.

$11 for vendors with a Brigham City business license.

You will also need to donate one of your booth items ($10.00 or more value) to be auctioned off to raise funds for the Soup Kitchen, Thank You!

You will need to fill out your Temporary Business License Form on the next page that pops up. We will email you a copy to the email address you provide.This will need to be mailed back and received by us NO LATER THAN JUNE 1st. If I do not have it by then, you will not be allowed to vend!

By submitting your application, you automatically agree to the following:

I agree to allow my photo to be used in publication.

*In consideration of my participation in the Dutch Oven Event and related events, intending to be legally bound thereby, I hereby for myself, my heirs, executors, and administrators, waive and release any and all rights and claims for damages I may have against Sponsors/Hosts Tumbleweed BBQ and IDOS, Acts Six Soup Kitchen, the host sponsors, and all of their representatives, successors, and assigns for any and all injuries suffered by myself, my heirs, executors and administrators with respect to Tumbleweed BBQ, IDOS and Acts Six Soup Kitchenin cooperation with Sponsors/Hosts. I agree that I will be held responsible for any damages or injuries caused by myself or my team members. Further, I hereby grant full permission to Tumbleweed BBQ and IDOS and/or agents authorized by them, to use any photographs, videotapes, motion pictures, recordings or any other record Tumbleweed BBQ and IDOS and related events for any legitimate reason. I agree to abide by the rules and regulations of Tumbleweed BBQ and IDOS

Tumbleweed BBQ and IDOS reserves the right to refuse entry/service to any competitor, vendor, participant, etc.
